Shipment tracking guides

One place to find the right tracking page

Use a single input for parcels, post and freight across 57 supported services. Detection and format checks run in your browser. Saved shipments stay on this device, and only opening the official carrier page sends your number to that carrier.

If the number is ambiguous, choose the carrier from the list. If an official link no longer works, report the carrier name and broken link so we can update it.

Tracking help

Where do I find my tracking number?

Look in the shipping confirmation email or SMS, the courier receipt, or your shipping documents. Courier parcels use a waybill or tracking number on the label. Many international postal items use 13 characters like EE123456785IN; the last two letters identify the country under whose authority the number was issued, not its destination. Sea freight uses the container number (4 letters and 7 digits) or the bill of lading number from your forwarder. Airline air waybills use 11 digits, like 176-12345675, with a three-digit airline prefix.

Which carriers can I track here?

57 carriers, postal services, shipping lines and cargo airlines, including DHL, FedEx, UPS, Aramex, DTDC, Blue Dart, India Post, USPS, Royal Mail, Maersk, MSC, CMA CGM, COSCO, Emirates SkyCargo and Qatar Airways Cargo. We suggest the likely carrier from the number. You can change it before opening the official tracking page.

Does the shipment status appear on this page?

The delivery status and event history appear on the carrier’s official website. HS Code Atlas identifies likely carriers and opens their tracking pages. Where a carrier supports it, your number is filled in; otherwise, use Copy number and enter it on the carrier’s page.

Can I track several shipments at once?

Yes. Paste up to 20 tracking numbers, one per line, or paste a shipping message. Each number gets its own carrier suggestion and official tracking link. You can save shipments and add labels in this browser.

Can I track a shipment using an order number?

A shop order number usually identifies your purchase rather than the shipment. Ask the sender for the carrier tracking number, waybill, container number or bill of lading. An airline master air waybill and a forwarder’s house air waybill can be different references; use the airline number for airline cargo tracking.

Why isn't my tracking updating?

A label may be created before the carrier receives the goods. Tracking can also pause between scans, during international transport, at weekends or during customs checks. Check the carrier’s official page and its service-specific guidance. If the expected delivery date has passed or the carrier asks for action, contact the sender or carrier with your number and last recorded event.

What does "held at customs" mean?

A customs hold can involve document checks, an inspection, missing importer information, restricted goods or unpaid duties and taxes. Read the carrier’s request before taking action. An accurate goods description, invoice value and HS code help with clearance, but changing an HS code alone does not release a shipment.

Got an SMS asking you to pay a customs fee?

Open the carrier’s official website or app yourself and verify the shipment and any payment request there. Avoid entering payment or personal details through an unexpected message link. If you are unsure, contact the carrier through its official support channel.

Do you store my tracking numbers?

No. Numbers you paste are read in your browser, and shipments you save stay in this browser's storage. We don't send them to our servers or to analytics. The number goes to a carrier only when you open that carrier's tracking page.
