Which Delhivery number should I use?

The universal tool recognises common 13- and 14-digit parcel AWBs. Delhivery also supports other shipment references, including LRN for some freight services. The parcel-prefilled link here is not a universal search for every LRN or order ID.

An AWB can exist before a parcel is picked up

Delhivery’s order workflow distinguishes assigning an AWB from pickup and movement. A reference in a dispatch message does not by itself confirm the goods are in transit. Read the pickup and subsequent scan events on the official record, or ask the merchant to confirm physical handover.

Parcel AWB versus freight LRN

For a consumer parcel, use the parcel AWB from the shipping message. A freight shipment can use an LRN or another business reference. If the package link does not recognise it, choose the appropriate tracking method on Delhivery’s website instead of modifying the reference to fit a parcel pattern.

Verify address and payment requests independently

Delhivery warns about messages claiming failed delivery and directing recipients to fraudulent pages. Open its official website or app yourself to check any action requested for your shipment. Do not supply an OTP or account credentials through an unexpected address-confirmation link.
